Vocabulary mastery is a fundamental aspect of learning English; however, many students struggle to expand their vocabulary due to unengaging learning methods. To address this issue, interactive methods such as the Word Chain Game can serve as a fun and effective alternative. This community service activity aims to enhance students' English literacy through the Word Chain Game. The program involved 40 fourth-semester students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo and was conducted as part of the English Camp on December 13, 2024, in Latuppa, Palopo. This method enables participants to actively engage in forming words based on the last letter of the previous word, fostering critical thinking and teamwork skills. The results indicate that this method effectively enhances vocabulary mastery and increases students' motivation to learn. Thus, the Word Chain Game can be an alternative strategy for teaching English vocabulary in both academic and non-academic settings.
