Abstract

Abstrak

Konflik yang terkontrol akan menghasilkan  integrasi. Sebaliknya, intergrasi yang tidak sempurna dapat menciptakan konflik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis tentang konflik peran ganda dan wewenang pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. PLN Persero Up3 Kota Palopo. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 110 orang karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpula data menggunakan kuisioner. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini yaitu konflik peran ganda (X1) dan wewenang pekerjaan (X2), sedangkan variabel dependet yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Data yang di peroleh pada penelitian ini di analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan analisis SPSS. Hasil yang ditemukan pada penlitian ini berdasarkan dengan hasil observasi langsung oleh peneliti dan olahan data variabel konflik peran ganda (X1) dan variabel wewenang pekerjaan (X2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Yang artinya jika konflik peran ganda dan wewenang pekerjaan tinggi maka kinerja karyawan pada kantor PT. PLN Persero Up3 Kota Palopo akan semakin meningkat pula.

Abstract

Controlled conflict will result in integration. Conversely, incomplete integration can create conflict. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the dual role conflict and job authority on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. PLN Persero Up3 Palopo City. The number of samples in this study were 110 employees. The research method used by the researcher is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The independent variable in this study is dual role conflict (X1) and job authority (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The data obtained in this study were analyzed using the help of SPSS analysis. The results found in this study are based on the results of direct observations by researchers and processed data on multiple role conflict variables (X1) and work authority variables (X2), which have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Which means that if the dual role conflict and work authority are high, the performance of employees at the PT. PLN Persero Up3 Palopo City will also increase.
